We're delighted to announce a series of events and opportunities for young cricketers and those keen to have a go at the game. In conjunction with Bury Council we will be running events both in schools between April and July and weekly down at the club. These sessions are FREE, and open to everyone.

In-school sessions

We will be running events at Christ Church, Holcombe Brook, Holly Mount and Old Hall primary schools on various dates between April 25th and the end of the school year. These sessions are for pupils of those individual schools only, and will comprise free coaching sessions for years 3&4 and 5&6. In June there will be an inter-school tournament and a Summer Cricket Camp lasting for a week. The school sessions will be run by TSJCC's New Zealand overseas amateur James Banicevich.

Training at TSJCC

Weekly evening training sessions for juniors will be held at Crompton Meadows (Beryl Avenue, Tottington) each Tuesday commencing April 5th. These free sessions will last for one hour between 6 and 8pm and all are welcome, regardless of ability, gender, or previous experience. You are very welcome to just turn up and join in, or you can contact Ian Hayes for more information on 07841 065419, or via email to ian@munro-greenhalgh.co.uk
